Judith A. Eiffert, of Fremont Hills, passed away April 18, 2016 after losing her battle with cancer. Judy was born February 25, 1948 to Willis and Ethel Repp in Columbus, Indiana. She graduated from Columbus East High School in 1966 and Stephens College, Columbia, Missouri in 1970.
Judy was a proud member of Fremont Hills Country Club since 1971, a sustaining member of the Junior League of Springfield, and a member of P.E.O. DC chapter.
Judy had a passion for golf which resulted in five holes-in-one and a chance to play golf around the world, including The Old Course. She was honored to serve as the President of Fremont Hills Country Club, bringing her love of life, golf and service together.
Judy was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Bill Repp of Columbus, Indiana. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, James; her daughter Jennifer and husband Dr. Patrick Cogley; Jill and husband Dr. Tom Reichert; and grandchildren, Kyle Cogley, Catherine Cogley, Andrew Cogley, Repp Reichert and Hinton Reichert. She is also survived by many, many friends. To know her was to love her. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2016 in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Private burial services will be held later.
