Joyce Fitzpatrick

Billie "Joyce" Fitzpatrick, age 74, of Nixa, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2016. She was born May 13, 1941 in Ash Grove, the daughter of William and Alaine Killingsworth. Joyce graduated from Ash Grove High School and attended MSU where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Joyce enjoyed playing golf at Fremont Hills and later at Twin Oaks Country Club. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Survivors include: Her husband of 53 years, Kenneth; a son, Timothy and wife Kim of Nixa; two grandchildren, Kyle and Jenna; a step-son Mike Fitzpatrick and wife Lisa; and special friends Bernice Richards and Faye Fisher. All that knew her will remember her laugh and smile. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, April 9, in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. Burial will follow in Payne Cemetery, north of Nixa. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 PM Friday in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Nixa, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
