Jimmy "James" Ray Clifton

Jimmy "James"� Ray Clifton, age 77, of Springfield, went to be with his Lord and Savior March 25, 2013, in his home. He was born March 18, 1936 in West Plains, Missouri, the son of Ray and Ruby Lee (Bell) Clifton. James was a true servant of the Lord he attended Selmore Christian Church for many years. James"� true love was aviation. He loved airplanes and flying. Throughout his working career, James was a heavy equipment operator. James is survived by his loving wife Debra of the home; his children, Larry Clifton and his wife Robin of Springfield, Missouri, Gary Clifton and his wife Cindy of Grand Junction, Colorado, Gina Steelman and her husband Guy of Rogersville, Missouri; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. James was preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 30, 2013, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark with Pastor Bud Kelley officiating with burial to follow in Frazier Cemetery.
