James" Lowell"Kinkade 88 of Nixa,Missouri died peacefully at home, on May 25, 2019. He was surrounded by his loved ones in his hour of death, just as he was in life.
Lowell was born in Iowa on November 16, 1930 to Madge (Garrett) and Melvin Kinkade. He also has a younger brother Clair Kinkade of What Cheer , Iowa.
Lowell was a proud farmer in the What Cheer, Iowa area for many years . After farming he worked as a general contractor both in Iowa and Missouri. In recent years, Lowell enjoyed constructing playhouses with the great grandchildren, mowing the lawn and growing starts for the family garden. His great grandchildren were his pride and joy and the greatest blessing of his life's work.
While Lowell had many special women who enriched his life, he was blessed in life with three daughters ,born to him by his former wife Martha.

Diane Ferneau, Oskaloosa,Iowa, Debra Mae Nuetzhorn (Don )Nixa, Missouri, and Denise Fry (John), Keswick, Iowa and honorary daughter Marilyn Ewalt,Republic, MO. Four grandchildren Amy Nuetzhorn(Angus) Hinesville, Georgia, Nichole Nuetzhorn, Nixa, MO, Christine Watts(Nate)Oskaloosa, Iowa, and Robert Nuetzhorn (Kerilyn) Saratoga Springs, Utah. Twelve great grandchildren Bryon Hiatt, Wendi Adams, Julie Nuetzhorn, Jakob Hiatt, Jerzey Nuetzhorn, Danelle Adams, Katelynn Watts, Mahalia(Mae)Nuetzhorn, Brooklynn Nuetzhorn, Matthew Nuetzhorn, Hyler Nuetzhorn and Khloee Watts.
The family would like to bestow heartfelt thanks to Nichole Nuetzhorn and Marilyn Ewalt, without these two special ladies Lowell's wish of remaining at home for the last days of his life, would have not been possible.
The family also wishes to give special thanks to Integrity health care and hospice. The care and support you provided, will forever be appreciated.
Graveside service will be August 10, 2019 at 10 am at the Garrett Cemetery in Delta, Iowa.
