Jacqueline Phyllis Smith

Jacqueline Phyllis Smith, age 53, died on December 16, 2014, while fighting cancer in her home in Springfield. She was born February 13th in Los Angeles, California, to Ruth Anne Almada and Joseph Gerald Lopez. Jacki has two older brothers; Thomas Lopez and Joseph Gerald Lopez Jr; as well as a fianc� Laurence David Hollingsworth. She is survived by her mother and brothers.
