Jack Gardner

Jackson "Jack"� Gardner, age 81, of Nixa, went home to be with the Lord Monday, October 24, 2011. He was born February 23, 1930 in Aurora, the son of William and Rose (Jackson) Gardner. . He was preceded in death by the love of his life, "Jimmie"� Gardner, and a daughter, Jimmie Lynn. Survivors include: Two children, Dawn Overby and husband Carl, and Russell Gardner, all of Nixa; three grandchildren Candace, John and Lauren; and a sister, Kathryn Short, Aurora. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, October 27, in Seminole Baptist Temple, Springfield, with Rev. Gene McVey officiating. Private burial will be Brookline Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 "� 7:00 PM Wednesday in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer"�s Association.
