Harold "Junior" Bradford

Harold "Junior" Bradford, age 88 of Highlandville, passed away February 16, 2018. Junior was born October 18, 1929 near Ponce de Leon. On April 12, 1950 he married Viola Wilhelm and to this union a son Kenny J. Bradford was born. Junior and Viola enjoyed 64 years of marriage before her passing in 2015. Junior retired from City Utilities after 38 years of service. He enjoyed hunting and training dogs. Junior attended Allen Pentecostal Church and enjoyed visiting other churches as well. Survivors include his son Kenny and wife Donna; two grandsons; Matthew and girlfriend Courtney and Dwayne and wife April; a great granddaughter, Kelsey Bradford; a brother Ralph Bradford and wife Joyce; a sister, Violet Dickenson; and two sisters in law, Joy Bradford and Leta Bradford. Junior was preceded in death by his wife Viola; his parents, Willie and Louise (Perkins) Bradford; four brothers, J.C., Earl, Clifford, and Eugene Bradford; a nephew, Rick Bradford; a niece, Janis (Dickenson) DeLozier; a sister in law, Donna Bradford; and a brother in law LeRoy Wilhelm. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Pastor Denny McCrorey and Pastor John Carr officiating. Burial will follow in Highlandville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Monday, February 19, 2018 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
