Guy L. Nolen

Guy Leslie Nolen, age 77 of Nixa, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2015. He was born July 25, 1938 in Stonington, IL, the son of Joseph and Jennie (Rigsby) Nolen. Guy served his country in the U.S. Army. On April 11, 1964 he married Shirley Bridges. Guy was retired from Caterpillar Tractor Co. in Illinois. He enjoyed NASCAR racing. Survivors include: his wife, Shirley Nolen; sons, Kevin, Kelly and Vincent Nolen; stepsons, Robert Lennox and Antonio Torres and wife Michelle; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a sister, Anna McVey. Guy was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and two sisters. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 20, 2015 in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Tom Maple officiating.
