Gary Lee Burget

Gary Lee Burget was born August 23, 1938, the son of Earl and Gladys (Quinn) Burget in Golden City. Missouri. He passed away August 19, 2017, at the age of 78. Gary and Keron (Statler) Burget were married June 28,1980. Gary and Keron were married for 37 years. Gary is survived by his wife Keron; a sister Wilma Lawson of Joplin, MO; four daughters Robin Reed of Buffalo, MO; Karrie Henderson of Buffalo, MO; Tammy Graham of Harrisonville, MO; and Lori Olson, of Crown Point, Indiana; a granddaughter Whitney Edwards; great grandsons Demakis and Junior Edwards; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces; and nephews. He was proceeded in death by a sister Jean Gerth. Gary was a fisherman, hunter, family man, and was self-employed as a small engine repairman. Whitney, DeMarkis and Junior Edwards visited Gary at his home last Friday. Gary frequently played basketball with DeMarkis and Junior. Gary's memorial service is at 11 am Saturday, August 26, 2017 at First United Methodist Church of Buffalo Missouri.
