Fred Lee Emrick, son of the late Mr. Marvin Emrick,
and living Gwendolyn Emrick was born in Goodhope,
Missouri, on February 18, 1958. After a short illness,
he was called from labor on December 15, 2017.
Fred was affectionately known as "Freddie Lee."
Fred completed high school and three and a half
years of college through the military. In 1975,
he joined the United States Army, worked as
military police and a Drill Sergeant. His finished
tour of duty by serving twenty years. He received
an honorable discharge in 1995. He worked for twenty
years as a Correctional Officer.
Fred leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Alta
Leah Emrick; one daughter, Robin Wilson; a step-
son, Clayton Klayman; two sisters, Cheryl Emrick
and Christine Emrick; three brothers, Carl Emrick,
Jeff Emrick, Gary Emrick; two granddaughters,
Riley and Jillian, and one step-granddaughter, Arianna
Klayman.
Memorial Service at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, December 21st.
Harvest Community Church of the Nazarene in Rogersville,
Missouri. Military burial at Missouri Veterans Cemetery
At 11:00 a.m. following service.
