Francine Melody Baldwin RN was born July 24, 1946 to Virgil W Baldwin and Daisy W Baldwin.
She is survived by: her siblings Dawn Wittington and her husband John, Preston Baldwin and his wife Connie, and Joy Kiley; daughters Kim Lucht and her husband Walter, and Cindy Nelson and her husband Curtis Marsh; 8 grand-children; and 15 great-grand-children.
Francine had a passion for education, earning a Bachelor and Master's Degree in guidance and counseling, and finally acquiring a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She explored the country living in Hawaii, New York, California, Missouri and Arkansas.
Francine was one of the first female correctional officers at the Federal Prison in Springfield. As a second career she became an RN and found her calling at Little Rock's UAMS Myeloma Transplant Unit.
Francine loved the Lord and her family. Most vacations were spent traveling to see her children and grandchildren. She had a generous heart and believed in second chances and always saw the good in everyone.
Her legacy will live on with her final resting home being named Frannies House.
