Frances May Tyndall, age 90, of Ozark, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015, in Springfield. She was born May 4, 1924, in Springfield, to Gerald and Florence (Brownfield) Johnson. She was united in marriage to Robert Tyndall, November 23, 1941, in Springfield. Frances led a very active and full life. She loved to crochet, knitting, and cross word puzzles. Frances was a member of the Springfield Art Group. She and her husband Robert were members of the Beaus and Belles Dance Club, and the Elks Lodge, both in Springfield. Frances was a quiet person. She was also funny and had a very good dry sense of humor.
Frances is survived by her children Deborah Myers, her husband Derry, of Edmond, OK, Teresa Green, her husband Ray, of Ozark, and Robert Tyndall, of Branson; her beloved sister Linda Inman, her husband Jerry, of Ozark; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert; and two sisters Doris Sanders and Mary Lou Brumley.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at the Springfield National Cemetery, at Seminole Street and Glenstone Avenue, Springfield.
