Frances Hank Preston

Frances Henrietta "Hank"� Preston, age 84, of Sparta, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2012. She was born October 22, 1928, in Pipestone, Minnesota, the daughter of John and Norla Lula (Parker) Muilenburg. On September 21, 1946, she and George D. Preston were united in marriage. He preceded her in death in 1984. Hank loved her family and enjoyed being with them. She also enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and reading. She was a NASCAR fan, and liked playing card and trips to the casinos. She was a member of Ozark Christian Church. Survivors include: four children, John Preston and wife Pamela of Nixa, Bruce Preston of Rogers, Arkansas, Jana Johnson and husband Joe of Hardin, Missouri, and Brenda Clark of Nixa; eight grandchildren, Tyler Preston, Chantell Johnson, Brianne Preston, James Preston, Sara Clark, Damon Johnson, Lauren Clark, and Jack Clark; a great-grandchild, Kahlan Preston; a brother Earl Muilenburg and wife Bonnie of Sparta; a sister-in-law, Betty Preston of Sparta; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, December 1, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Pastor Howard Hensley officiating. Burial will follow in Sparta Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 "� 7:00 pm Friday in the funeral home.
