Evelyn Marie Troxler

Evelyn Marie Troxler, age 82 of Ozark, passed away November 28, 2015. She was born August 6, 1934 in Gresham, Nebraska, the daughter of Dale and Margaret (Bond) Rhodes. On September 30, 1954 Evelyn was united in marriage to Willian Everett "Pee Wee" Troxler. Evelyn enjoyed visiting flea markets and casinos, collecting and watching sports - especially the Cardinals, Cornhuskers and Packers. Most of all, Evelyn enjoyed spending time with her family. She journaled daily, keeping track of family visits and activities. Survivors include: five children, Rita Elliott of Rogersville, William Troxler, Jr. and wife Vesta, Manistique, Michigan, Renee Beauchamp and husband John, Ozark, Scott Troxler and wife Michelle, Ozark and Robert Troxler and wife Michelle, Rockland, Maine; seven grandchildren, Josh Elliott and wife Jen, Vanessa Miazga and husband Mike, Zachariah, Brandy and Alexandria Beauchamp and Kaylla and Adam Troxler; and three great grandchildren. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son-in-law, Steve Elliott; and siblings, Bob, Dixie, Max, Donna and Jean. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 3, 2015 in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Chaplain Art Maddock officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Cemetery, Ozark. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. immediately preceding the funeral on Thursday in the funeral home.
