Eva Blevins Behrens

Eva Blevins Behrens, age 87, of Beaumont, TX passed away Monday, July 8, 2024. She was born July 24, 1936, in Randolph, TX to Loyd and Mable (Robinson) Blevins.

Eva was a civil service worker at Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene, TX for 25 years, retiring in 1992. She often worked additional jobs to her Dyess AFB responsibilities to help raise her son Mark and daughter Lori. Eva was a loving and devoted Mom, who moved to Beaumont Texas in the late 1980’s to be closer to her daughter, her husband and grandson. She was very proud of her grandson, oftentimes helping with school duties that laid a foundation for his success now as an adult. Eva had a giving heart. She gave to Wounded Warriors and Friends of Israel.

Eva moved to Ozark, Missouri in 2018 to once again be closer to her daughter Lori, who moved from Texas for a job opportunity.

Eva is preceded in death by her parents; her son David Mark Behrens; a brother Donald Blevins; and sister Nina Flowers.

Eva is survived by her daughter Lori Haener, her husband Donald of Ozark; and grandson Andrew James Haener.

 A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, July 12, 2024 in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.

Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Cremation rites are accorded by Adams Crematory.
