Eric Isaac Boram

February 23, 1999 — June 28, 2024

Springfield

On June 28, 2024, a bright light was dimmed too soon as Eric Issac Boram, at the tender age of 25, tragically bid farewell to this world due to injuries of a car accident, leaving this side of eternity.

Eric was born on February 23, 1999 in Arlington, Texas to Timothy and Michele Boram. Although Eric remained a proud Texan all of his days, he spent his formative educational and early adult years in Nixa, Missouri.

True to the Texas motto, Eric was a dedicated and loyal friend and partner. His raw and simple kindness and curiosity was infectious. He had a youthful smile and loved to laugh and joke with his family and friends. He had a tremendous work ethic: a true grit. Not many could outwork him once he set his mind to his goals. He was a passionate outdoorsman who loved to fish, whittle and work with his hands to build or rebuild whatever he could. Eric had a fascination with how things worked and mechanics came naturally to him. Eric was also an avid dog lover and enjoyed spending time in the country.

Eric was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Wayne Berry.

Eric is survived by his parents Timothy and Michele Boram; his brother Preston Boram; his paternal grandparents Ronald and Lois Boram; his maternal grandmother Alouise Berry; aunts, Sandy Albin, Rhonda Boram and Joni Ackerman; uncles, Mark Albin, Jim Landon, Mike Berry and Jay Berry and many other loving cousins, and relatives.

A funeral service to celebrate Eric’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Pastor Chris Mann officiating. Burial will follow at Union Ridge Cemetery, Clever.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2024 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. - Isaiah 40:30-31
