Edward Charles Ecklund

Edward Charles Ecklund, age 84, of Ozark passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024. He was born August 18, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois to Merlin and Ellen Ecklund. Edward “Ed” is survived by is wife Janice of 58 years; his daughter Andrea and her husband, Loyd Rawlings; his grandson Landon Rawlings and his fiancée, Brandi Drudge; his grandsons Cole Rawlings, and Cody Rawlings; his granddaughter Carmen, husband Dallas Hollister and great-grandson Jaxon; his son Chuck and his wife Michele Ecklund; their Granddaughter Ellie; his son, Craig Ecklund and grandson, Gunnar and granddaughter Lilly; his son Russell and wife Eden Ecklund; Granddaughters Noa, Cybele, Jocelyn and Sage.

 Ed loved his church, his family and watching sports in his beloved recliner! Ed and Janice were the first two parishioners to be married in St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, in Ozark.

 Ed's family extends special thanks to Preferred Hospice for their compassionate care. 

 A visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00AM Tuesday, July 9, 2024, in St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church, Ozark. The Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00AM in the church, under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Burial will follow at Weaver Cemetery, Ozark.
