Earl Randolf Hackett, age 89, of Springfield, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021. He was born February16, 1932 in Moulmein, Burma, the son of Paul and Martha Jane (Lewis) Hackett. No service are planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
