Destiny Emma Scott

Destiny Emma Scott age 26, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022, in Nixa, Missouri surrounded by her loving family.

Destiny was born on January 23, 1996, in Summersville, South Carolina to Kelly and Brandy (Black) Scott. Destiny was a 2014 graduate of Ash Grove High School. She enjoyed the great outdoors. Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and the Tennessee mountains brought Destiny great joy. She also enjoyed camping and swimming. She loved to draw and collected stuffed animals and shoes. She was often sassy and loved to give her siblings a hard time. She played baseball through Miracle League in South Carolina and Springfield, Missouri. More than anything, Destiny loved Christmas, from Christmas in July hallmark movies to having her family begin decorating November 1, Christmas time her was her favorite.

Destiny was preceded by grandmother Geanne Rocha, grandpa James Scott, and Terry Parker. She is survived by her parents Kelly and Brandy Scott, brother Steven Ryder, sisters Cheyenne Black, and Chelsea Hickson (Kenneth), grandpa Steven Black (Ann), grandma Emma Parker, aunts and uncles Scott Black, Sean Black (Bonnie), Austin Dundas, James Scott (Katie), Tina King (Dave), Roert Scott, Soja Scott, Hayden Scott, Randy Scott (Tabitha), Melone Scott (Scarlett) as well as a host of extended family members and beloved friends.

A celebration of life memorial will be held at a later date.
