Delbert Eugene Hudson

Delbert (Gene) Eugene Hudson, age 71, died in his home, Thursday, August 16,2012, at Highlandville, MO. He was born to Jesse Esker and Vema Estell (Nutt) Hudson, in Pryor OK, September 18, 1940. Gene was an automobile mechanic, and served his Country in the United States Marine Corps. Gene was very active in the Elks Club, Ozark 4777, and was a member ofthe Eagles Club. Gene was an avid bowler and was proud to have bowled numerous 300 games. Gene is survived by: his sons Jesse and wife Jesse, of Springfield, and Jason J. Hudson of Forsyth, and a brother Roy Hudson and wife Betty of Galena. And Grandson Christian Hudson. Gene is preceded in death by his parents, a brother Chuck Hudson, and a sister Betty Trimm. A memorial service, with full military honors, will be held Friday, August 24, 2012, at 2:30 P.M. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO.
