Delbert Clifford Booth, age 67, of Nixa passed away Friday, November 13, 2015. He was born February 5, 1948 in Trenton, Missouri to Clifford Dalton and Ruby Mae (Kinnison) Booth.
Delbert was raised on the family farm in Spickard. He was an outdoorsman. Delbert loved hunting, fishing, boating, and gardening. He enjoyed farming and spending time on the family farm. His family describes Delbert as very outgoing, friendly, and someone who never knew a stranger. Delbert was a very hard worker. He owned a heating and air company, Booth Services Inc., in Nixa for 30 Years.
Survivors include his children Delbert Bryan Booth, his wife Vickie, of Las Vegas, NV, Rebecca Dawn Zentner, her husband James, of Terrell, TX, Sarah Rachel Roach, her husband Chris, of Nixa, and Brenda Leigh Ward, her husband Steven, of Nixa; siblings Dorothy Rader, of Dawn, and Michael Booth and his wife Kelly, of Kansas City; 12 grandchildren and many friends.
Delbert is preceded in death by his parents; and a brother-in-law Jim Radar.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Monday, November 16, 2015, in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. A visitation will precede the funeral from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, in the funeral home. Burial will be at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Fox Cemetery, Spickard.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Cancer Society.
