David Allan Ricketts

David Allan Ricketts, age 60, of Nixa, Missouri , went home to be with Jesus, Wednesday December 21, 2011. He was born June 11, 1951, in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, to Roland D. Ricketts and Jimmie Lee( Douthit) Ricketts. David served his Country in the United States Army. David worked with his Father at the tire shop, and attended church at First Baptist Church, in Ozark, Missouri. He loved his family, his kids, and grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, camping and life. Survivors include his wife, Ruth, and son Dustin of the home, sons Drew, and wife Shannon, of Topeka, KS, David Junior and Trish Ricketts, of Quinlan, TX, and Three Daughters, Kim Baker and husband Kerry, Nashville, TN, Tina Aaron, and husband Stephen, Dallas TX, and Melissa Ricketts, Quinlan, TX, three Brothers, Ricky and wife Marietta, Johnny and wife Leslie in Kentucky, and Raymond, two Sisters, Jimmie Sue, and Karen, 16 Grandchildren, and 1 Great Grandson. David was preceded in death by, his parents, and former parents-in-law, Helen and Carl Norris He will be missed by everyone he came in touch with. He was well taken care of by his Hospice caregiver, Enid. She was an angel sent from God to take care of David and helped him through the passing over to be with Jesus. Cremation was under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, Missouri.
