Danny Joe Moore

Danny Joe Moore, age 49 of Lebanon, passed away on August 8, 2022. He was born on May 9, 1973, to Dan Moore and Cindy (Allen) Hartwigsen.

If you knew him, you loved him. He could talk to anyone and everyone. Everywhere he went, he knew someone. He was compassionate about driving a truck and running equipment. He started entering rodeos at the age of five. Using the Danny Joe floater heel shot, he won countless circuit and state rodeos. Team roping was his passion, he found enjoyment in the cowboy life. He loved God and his family. Bentlie was his pride and joy, he was proud to be a grandpa.

Danny was preceded by grandparents Mary Moore, Joe Moore, Jim Allen, Arlene Allen, stepfather Ken Hartwigsen, and aunt Becky Moore.

He is survived by his daughter Dakota Mattoon and husband Jason, grandson Bentlie Mattoon, daugher Taren Rae Justice, father Dan Moore (Lori Madison), mother Cindy Hartwigsen, siblings Chance Hood (Chelsey), Lacey Stutesmun (Jody), Kenny Hartwigsen, Kevin Hartwigsen (Ashley), Lindsey Dodson (Devin), aunts and uncles Jimmie Allen (Diane), Danny Allen (Jo), Herbie Moore, Susie Neil (Gary), as well numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and beloved friends.

Memorial Service is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022, at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, visitation will follow.

Cremation rites are entrusted to Adams Crematory. Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
