Daniel Lord

On December 1, 2002, in Wigan, England, the world became a brighter place. Daniel David Allan Lord was born, a loving intelligent child who grew to be a smart, caring, and humble young man. Daniel was always at the ready to help a friend and cared deeply for his family. Daniel loved cars and computers, and never expected a thing he didn't work for. He had an enthusiastic passion for obtaining the knowledge to understand the world. Daniel's beautiful smile brought no less than pride and joy to those who loved him. On May 17, 2018 the light, pride, joy, enthusiasm and beauty of this world waned, as Daniel left this earth suddenly and tragically, leaving a once brighter place with the shadow of sorrow wrought from his absence. Five young girls, Abigail, Isabelle, Laila, Sophia, and Olivia called him brother. His mother and father, Rebecca and Joseph Malone, will forever be indebted to his love for them. He also leaves behind other Heartbroken family members. His aunt and uncle, Melinda and Joseph Moore, as well as cousins Alyssa and Alex. His aunt and uncle, Anna and Dennis Matula, as well as cousins Dennis, Kaleigh, Ethan, Lana, and Brayden. Also many other devastated relatives and friends. He joins in heaven his maternal grandmother, Nancy Mathews, and paternal grandfather, Allan Lord. No amount of tragedy can lessen the appreciation we have for you, Daniel, and rest peacefully assured that our love transcends all time. A celebration of Daniel's life will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 22, in Wesley United Methodist Church, 922 West Republic Road, Springfield. Visitation will be from 12:00- 2:00 PM in the church before the service. Burial will follow in Hopedale Cemetery, Ozark.
