Dale Rex Thompson

Dale Rex Thompson, age 66, of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017. He was born April 9, 1951 in Centralia, Illinois, the son of James Franklin and Beverly Louise( Watts) Thompson. A construction worker, Dale had lived in Florida where he worked for a tomato company. He enjoyed working on small engines. His parents and a brother, Roger Thompson, preceded him in death. Survivors include: three brothers, Jimmy Thompson of Centralia, Illinois, Gerald Thompson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Stevie Thompson of Mattoon, Illinois; and a sister, Geraldline Clair of Springfield.
