Dale Miller

Dale Miller, age 87, of Chestnutridge, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014 in Christian Health Care, Nixa. He was born July 31, 1926 in Reno, the son of Clifford Medill Miller and Nellie Jane (Cupp) Miller. On May 31, 1951 he and Barbara Madge James were united in marriage. Dale drove a lumber truck for Forsyth Lumber and for Ozark Building Supply. He later worked for the City of Ozark. In retirement Dale was a Green Thumb worker for the Ozark School District. Survivors include: his wife, Madge; two children, Phyllis Miller of Chestnutridge, and Dale Jean Miller and wife Lisa of Nixa; a sister, Lera Faye Warren of Forsyth; nieces and nephews; cousins; and two special friends, Dorothy Goodall and Kenny Bilyeu. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, June 21, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Dale Jean Miller officiating. Friends may come to the funeral home for viewing from 1:00 - 6:00 PM on Friday. A private burial will be in Highlandville Cemetery
