Curtis Boyd Creach

Curtis Boyd Creach, age 88 passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at his home.

Curtis was born on November 15, 1933 in Whiteriver, South Dakota to the late OJ and Alice (Williams) Creach.

On February 5, 1954, Curtis was united in marriage to Mary Elizabeth Smith. To this union four children were born. Their marriage was filled with love and laughter. In 1956, Curtis graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in marketing. Together, Curtis and Mary ran and owned the Montgomery Ward in St. Robert Missouri for over 18 years. Curtis was a hard worker. He also ran the Fashion Factory, a real estate firm and a restaurant. Curtis was a true entrepreneur.

Curtis lived life to the fullest. He loved his children and grandchildren unconditionally. He and Mary loved to travel. They had a motorhome and spent many years traveling to the east coast, west coast and everywhere in between. They visited Alaska together and from 1985 to 2019 they wintered in Florida.

Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, son Michael Creach, two brothers, Conrad Creach and Rockne Creach, and one granddaughter, Kathryn Creach.

Curtis is survived by his wife Mary Creach, children, Greg Creach and wife Wanda, Susan Wagstaff and husband Jim, Stephen Creach and wife Kathy, grandchildren, Brittany Wagstaff, Jared Wagstaff, Jennifer Creach, Kyle Creach, Kelsey Connor and husband Josh, Katie Creach, Elizabeth Black and husband Doug, great grandchildren, Hedda Dodds, Zach Black, Alayna Douglas, and one great great grandson, Everhett Douglas as well as a host of extended family and friends.

A memorial service is scheduled for 11 am on Monday, December 20, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home.

Services are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Adams Crematory.
