Corwin Jack Goddard Sr. age 82, of Lansing, Michigan, recently of Chestnutridge, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021. He was born September 3, 1939 in Wolverine Michigan, the son of Richard and Martha (McCall) Goddard.
“C.J.” as many friends called him, worked in automobile manufacturing in Michigan. In 1997 he and his wife, Elizabeth, were married. He retired with medical issues, but always kept busy. He was easy to trade with and always willing to do all kind of repairs. He had his own woodworking business which he was widely known for in the area. Corwin had been living with his daughter, Lisa Miller, after coming to this area a few months ago.
Survivors include: His wife, Elizabeth; children Jack Goddard, Walter Goddard, Anita Goddard, Keith Goddard, and Lisa Miller; a stepdaughter Erica Planck; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time. Corwin loved his cruises, and his cremains will be spread in Alaska. Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
