Cora Lynne Richey

Cora Lynne Richey, age 62, passed away Friday September 17, 2021 in Springfield, MO at Cox South after a battle with Covid. Cora is survived by her spouse, Larry Richey, and her daughter, Jeanie Russell. She had three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She also leaves behind seven brothers and six sisters. Cora is predeceased by her son, Jessie Richey, her parents, Leon Hoffmeyer and Lucy Bostic, as well as four brothers and one sister. Cora was a dearly loved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She enjoyed painting, baking, gardening, taking care of her dogs, and spending time with family. She will be greatly missed and all who knew her will cherish her memory. A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Schupbach cemetery, Chestnutridge, MO, under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Johnny White officiating. Those who wish to may meet at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, at 12:15pm on Thursday, September 30, 2021 to go in procession to Schupbach Cemetery. Reception to follow at Craig Hollow Church, Highlandville, MO. The reception will be a potluck, so bring your favorite dish!
