Charles Robert Cole

Charles Robert Cole, age 72, died Saturday, February 6, 2016, at his home in Ozark, Missouri. He was born April 19, 1943 in Houston, Missouri, the youngest of nine siblings. He and Gwendoline (Cook) Cole were married June 14, 1968 in Ontario, California. Together they raised five children. Charles was a Marine Corps Veteran, serving three tours in the Vietnam War. After retiring from the Marine Corps in 1980 he had many other endeavors, but hung his tools as an electrician and retired from the IBEW in 2003. He spent the last several years enjoying his ever growing family. Survivors include: His wife, a daughter, four sons, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Adams Funeral Home in Ozark. Burial with full military honors will follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri.
