CC Rantz

CC Rantz, age 80, of Cedar Creek, Missouri passed away Monday, March 25, 2013 in his home. He was born April 7, 1932 in Reed Spring, Missouri, the son of Donald Jacob and Myra Jackson Rantz. On April 2, 1952 CC was united in marriage to Lorene Rantz. CC was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Lorene Rantz; daughter Arvella; sister Geraldine Mitchell; and a grandson, Justin Flowers. Survivors include: five children, Curtis Rantz, Joyce Marlene Jonson and Jerry Tate, Gary Rantz, Sheila Flowers and Roy Peters, Rita DeWitt, his brother Kenneth Rantz and his wife Faye, a sister Shirley Finney; ten grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Adams Funeral Home in Ozark, Missouri with Darrell Mead officiating. Interment will follow the service in Old Boston Cemetery, Oldfield, Missouri. A visitation will be held before the service from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. also at the funeral home.
