Brittany Michelle Barker, age 27, of Lockwood, died Thursday, July 25, 2019 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born January 29, 1992, and was a 2010 graduate of Ozark High School. Following high school she graduated from MTI College and was a licensed Dental Assistant and part of the ADAA group. Brittany most recently worked for Big Whiskey's in Ozark.
Brittany was a great friend to all who knew her. Her contagious smile, laughter, and hugs will be missed dearly. She was an avid Chiefs and Cardinals fan. Her recent travels brought so much joy to her life. Brittany especially enjoyed the beach. Music was a huge part of Brittany's life that brought great joy and inspiration.
Brittany was a great and loving mother to Nevaeh Booth. She is also survived by her parents, Jennifer Barker of Ozark, and Kenneth Smith and wife Jodi of Walnut Grove; her fianc� Kenny Johnson, and his son, Cooper Johnson of Lockwood; a brother, Clayton Barker of Ozark, three sisters, Kendra Smith of Bolivar, Kyla Ehrhardt and husband Corey of Bolivar, and Kaci Smith of Walnut Grove; grandparents, Terri Barker of Ozark, Ruth Kelley of Rogersville, Cevis Smith and wife Sheila of Poplar Bluff; nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; other relatives and many friends. A grandfather, Roger Barker preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Burial will follow in Selmore Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home.
