Bobby Dean Mease

Bobby Dean Mease age 86, passed away on January 26, 2022, at The Arbors at Lakewood in Springfield, Missouri. 

Bobby was born on February 10, 1935, in Reeds Spring, Missouri to the late Carl “Kelly” and June “Jean” Mease. 

Bobby was united in marriage to Maree Shumate and to this union two sons were born, Bobby Kevin Mease and Jamie Clair Mease. 

In 1957, Bobby entered the service. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

 For many years, Bobby worked in construction. He also loved to travel with Maree. They would often travel out or town and state to set up T-Shirt booths at craft shows and fairs. He did what he had to, always providing for his family.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, wife Maree Mease, and son Jamie Clair Mease. He is survived by his son Bobby Kevin Mease and wife Carlene, daughter in law Anita Mease, grandson Matt Mease, granddaughter Laura Mease, great grandson Jackson, and one stepbrother, Ricky Mease. 

A memorial service to honor Bobby is scheduled for 10 am Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. Chaplin Steve Martin will officiate. 

Bobby will be laid to rest at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, once again reunited with Maree.

 Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Adams Crematory.

 Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
