Bobby Wayne Kappler

Bobby Wayne Kappler, age 42, of Highlandville, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014. He was born January 11, 1972 in Springfield, the son of Bobby Lee and Jana (Bolin) Kappler. Bobby was a graduate of Nixa High School. He played on the football, basketball, and golf teams. Bobby was an avid Dallas Cowboys Football fan. Bobby's friends and family describe him as a real character. He is out going, lively, charming, funny, and a real talker. Bobby had a smile that would light up the room. He made a very good friend and son. He is loyal and never said no to a friend in need. Bobby is survived by his mother and father; half-brothers Kipp Kappler, and Jon Kappler; a step-brother James Michael George; a step-sister April Shefield; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Bobby is preceded in death by his grandparents Hershal and Esta Bolin, and Cletis Kappler. A visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Friday, December 5, 2014, in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. A graveside service at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, December 6, 2014, at McCauley Cemetery, Ozark. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
