Billy E. Lowry, II, age 64 of Ozark died April 3, 2021. Billy served his country in the U.S. Marines. After serving in the military he owned and operated a limousine business and retired in Ozark.
Survivors include his wife Margaret of Ozark.
Cremation is under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
