Billie Martin

Billie Marie Martin, age 72, of Nixa passed away in her home Wednesday, May 4, 2016. She was born September 3, 1943 in Eldon to William and Irene (Martin) McCasland. She was married to James C. Martin until his passing in 2002. Billie attended a business school and was an administrative assistant in financial and accounting firms. She was a person of high detail and a perfectionist. Billie was a very loving and giving person. She always put others before herself. Billie was very involved in her children's lives. She supported her children by serving as a room mother at their school and attended all of her children's activities. Billie made a warm home environment for her family. She will be greatly missed. Billie is survived by her children Russell Martin, his wife Vicky, of Meta, and Angie Kallmbah, of Nixa; grandchildren Kalinda Peterson, her husband CJ, of Iberia, Colby Martin, his wife Amy, of Meta, Blake Marie Martin of Kansas City; sisters Annabelle Acre, of Yuma, AZ, and Sue Hartley, of Yuma, AZ. Four great-grandchildren; Kaylea, Jayden, Tyson and Dallas. Billie is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband James Martin.
