Betty Sue Williamson

Betty Sue Williamson, age 58, of Reeds Spring passed away in her home Tuesday, August 2, 2016. She was born February 26, 1958 to Burllyn and Mary (Harlan) Lee in Washington. Betty worked for St. John's Hospice for many years. Being a care giver was her passion and was a tremendous care giver. She loved her family more than anything. Betty doted on her grandchildren and was a strong influence of faith to her family. She was a strong woman for God to the end. Betty was loved by all and will be greatly missed. Survivors include her husband Paul of 37 years; her son Rocky Tash, his wife Jenny, of Sioux City, IA; a daughter Christy Oreck, her husband Steve, of Cape Fair; a brother Lloyd Lee , of Galena, KS; sisters Jean Merriman, her husband Rod, of Wyandotte, Peggy Sornier, of Galena, KS, Linda Gilliano, her husband Denton, of Webb City, Shirley Benard, her husband Ben, of Republic, and Louise Piercefield, her husband Buddy, Galena, KS. Betty is preceded in death by her parents. The family will hold a memorial service at the Williams residence at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 6, 2016.
