Bernice " MeMa"� Beaulah Faulkenberry

Bernice " MeMa" Beaulah Faulkenberry, age 93 of Nixa, passed away Friday, July 22, 2016. Bernice was born February 12, 1923 in Grandfield, Oklahoma, the daughter of Lee and Nettie (Donley) Jones. Bernice was united in marriage to the Rev. James Faulkenberry on January 18, 1946. Bernice was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She loved cooking and sewing, taking care of her children and grandchildren. Bernice loved to entertain people especially missionaries. Bernice loved reading her bible. Bernice was a long time member of Victory Baptist Church where her husband ministered. Bernice was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and grandson, Michael Quigley. Survivors include her children, Betty Quigley of Nixa, JoAnne Wieneke and husband David of McCune, KS, Ron Faulkenberry of Kansas City, MO, Randy Faulkenberry and wife Connie of Wichita, KS; six grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren A visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. July 29, 2016 at Victory Baptist Church in Nixa. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the church with Brother Ray Brinson and Brother Jonathan Krawszyk officiating. Burial will follow in MConnell-Bledesoe Cemetery, Nixa. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Victory Baptist Church.
