Bayzar Jenanian

Bayzar "Sunshine" Jenanian, 85, of Nixa, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Bayzar was born on January 10, 1936 in Aleppo, Syria to Elise and Karekeen Bagdasarian. She had one older brother Ohannes "John" Badasarian, who preceded her in death in 2018. She married her late husband, Kevork "George" Jenanian, in 1955. She is survived by her son, Ohannes "John" Jenanian and his wife Teri Ann; her daughters, Marina and Sylvia Jenanian; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Jenanian, 18, Andrew Jenanian, 26, and Nicole Jenanian Rice, 28, and grandson-in-law, Michael Rice; future great-grandson, Isaac Marshal Rice, and many cousins and relatives in California. She had one son, Vahe, who preceded her in death. She immigrated to this country in 1973 with her family. She was a talented seamstress and loved to garden and cook. Her food was loved by everyone. To her grandchildren and all of her friends she was simply "Nana" to all. Cremation Rites have been accorded with public services to be planned and announced by the family at a later date.
