Barbara Joyce Michaels

Barbara Joyce Michaels, age 74 of Springfield, passed away peacefully in her sleep July 7, 2020. She was born August 26, 1945 in Hollywood, California, the daughter of Dwain and Julie (Eberle) Koester. Barbara had a gypsy spirit that liked to travel. It was hard for her to stay in one place for too long. Along her journey, she touched many souls and changed many lives. Most would consider it an honor to get Bobbie's finger waggle, knowing she was always vigilant, expecting the best from them. On her final night Bobbie had a four generation sleepover with daughter Dina, granddaughter Taylar, and great granddaughter Kira. She is survived by her sons James Ford and Colt Utley and her daughter Dina Wallace. Her Grandsons Avian (James), Tyler (Dina), Chase, Tristan, and Stewart (Colt) and Granddaughter Taylar (Dina) and her 2 great grand babies Kira and Kyler (Taylar). It was mom's wish to have anyone wanting to express their sympathy to do so by donating to St Jude's Hospital in Springfield.
