Barbara (Bobbye) Jean Glossip

Barbara Jean (Bobbye) Myers Glossip was born December 26, 1932, to Archie S. Myers and Lucy M. (Williams) Myers in Seminole, Oklahoma. She went to her heavenly home August 12, 2013, after a long illness. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Jerry, a sister Mary Jo Wilson and a granddaughter Nicole Glossip. She is survived by three children, a daughter, Lynn and husband Joel, two sons, Doug and wife Erin, and Derek and wife Cheryl; five grandchildren, Tiffany, Callee, Meghan, Michael and Jessica; and eight great-grandchildren that were the light of her life. She is also survived by her sister, Lucille Bright, along with many other relatives and loved ones. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, August 15, in First Assembly of God in Highlandville with Pastor Ken Hunt officiating. Visitation will be from 10:30 AM Thursday until service time in the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Bobbye requested that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to First Assembly of God in Highlandville.
