Arthur W. Johnson

Arthur William Johnson, 70, of Rogersville passed away on Monday afternoon, September 14, 2020 at his home. Arthur was born just outside Springfield on November 5, 1949, the son of George W. and Easther (Van Horn) Johnson. He worked in Las Vegas, NV for many years as a Drywall Finisher before moving back to Springfield and subsequently settling in Rogersville nearly a decade ago. Arthur had a love of cars and speed, as evidenced by his enjoyment of NASCAR and Chevy Corvettes. He is survived by his mother, Easther Moser; and her four siblings, Gladys, Gerald, Patsy, and Kenny. He was preceded in death by his father. Family and friends are invited to a public visitation for Arthur from 6:00-7:00 P.M. on the evening of Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Adams Funeral Home in Ozark. Cremation Rites will be accorded following services.
