Anna Belle Mullins-Noel, age 83 of Ozark, died August 14, 2011 at Christian Health Care of Nixa. She was born January 27, 1928 in Kennett, Mo. to Bud and Anna Mae (Jackson) Lance. She owned Mullins Tomato House for 20 years in Wood River, Illinois and was a member of Hopedale Baptist Church in Ozark. She is survived by two daughters, Sandy Kinser of Ozark, and Penny (and husband Leo Wooff of Cottage Hills; one son, Chaplain Ron and wife Judy Mullins of Bethalto, Illinois; 8 grandchildren, Ronald Keith Mullins Jr, Lori Anne Smith, Carrie Lynn Moore, Tammy Diane Hatcher, Melissa Ann Connett, Anthony Alan Kinser, Stacy Lynn Vaughn and James Matthew Kinser; and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Harry Mullins in May of 1986 and her second Husband Lawrence A.J. Noel in June of 2000 Visitation will from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Height, Illinois, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 18 with the Chaplain Ron Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto, Illinois Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children"�s Hospital. Local arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
