Ann Baldwin

August 30, 1935 — March 22, 2013

Shirley Ann Baldwin, age 77 of Ozark, went to be with the Lord Friday, March 22, 2013. She was born August 30, 1935 in Wilmington, North Carolina, the daughter of Daniel Macon and Bernita Estelle Aman Greer. Ann moved to Missouri in 1979. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church, Ozark. She worked in the church office, was a member of Christian Women"�s Club and WMU and enjoyed helping out in children"�s ministries, including GAs and mission trips. Ann was a long-time Sunday School teacher. She also volunteered for Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts and the Mercy Auxiliary. Survivors include: her husband, George Baldwin, Ozark; two daughters, Debbie Pemberton and husband Joe, and Nancy Martin and husband Michael; four grandchildren, Brandon Pemberton and Laura, Justin Pemberton, Devin Baker and Dalton Baker; and two great grandchildren, Haylee Pemberton and Blake Pemberton. Ann was preceded in death by her parents and her previous husband, Cloin Joe Penner. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in First Baptist Church Ozark under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Pastors Troy Rhoden and Jim Jeffries officiating. Burial will follow in Hopedale Cemetery, Ozark. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. immediately before the funeral at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church Ozark Building Fund or Missouri Baptist Children"�s Home. Ann wants you to know that her greatest joy in life was to know and serve Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and wants you to do the same.
