Amos Luttrull

Amos Lawrence Luttrull Amos Lawrence Luttrull, age 81 of Nixa, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2011. He was born May 27, 1930 in Bruner, the son of Elmer and Lucy (Marlin) Luttrull. Amos had been married 51 years to Marian (Grider) Luttrull. He enjoyed spending his time fishing. Before retirement he worked at Ash Grove Cement for more than 30 years. Survivors include: his wife, Marian Luttrull, Nixa; three daughters, Linda Parks, Florida, Debra Ricci, California and Darlene Rathbun, Florida; four grandsons; one granddaughter; four great granddaughters; a brothers, Ronnie Luttrull, Springfield; and three sisters, Eloene Davis, Jane Cobb and Christine Nemo. Amos was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Leland Luttrull; four brothers, Ray, Ralph, Don, and Steve; and two sisters, Edry and Claris. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark with John Hyde officiating. Burial will follow in Highlandville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
